We take our client relationships seriously and are available and on call 24/7 for our clients. Each year we promote and host a client awareness and development seminar, this forum allows clients to build greater knowledge with regard to industry trends, accident/incident rates and allows Air Safety Navigators staff to share desensitised results with regard to audits conducted throughout the year.
In previous Client Awareness and Development Seminars clients were briefed on common findings during accident/incident investigations by a leading industry investigator as well piloting a Boeing 777 simulator to experience the systems and instrumentation contained within a large modern airliner. Additionally, seminars have focused on the continued improvement in aviation safety globally, with a particular emphasis on helicopter safety.
Our bespoke aviation safety database – TaskMaster allows us to track audits, findings and subsequent responses from air operators to keep clients up to date with air service providers audit closeout and improvement rates.
